Robert was the founder and CEO of Eclipse (now IMP Solutions in Ontario) and has a vision of creating a d employees love to work together.
Robert has brought together some of the best leaders in the industry to spearhead the growth strategy for IMP in Ontario. Updating systems, tightening relationships with strategic OEM partners, transitioning to our cloud-based solutions, and creating a culture of customer service excellence is paramount to this transformation.
Prior to Eclipse, Robert spent 18 years at Nortel in various roles with increasing Sales and Marketing responsibilities in Canada and the US. Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa with a focus on Mathematics. He also completed many development courses over the years with the latest being the High-Potential Leaders Program at Harvard University.
Robert loves spending his free time with his wife and two boys. As an avid golfer, who loves to cook, a great day would be golfing with my boys followed by making a nice family meal (and it usually involves a nice bottle of wine too). As a family, we love to create memories with fun trips planned every year.
